What the free evaluation includes

  1. A 20 minute call about the business and what is frustrating you right now.
  2. Read-only access to your books, or a look at whatever you track today.
  3. I go through reconciliations, uncategorized transactions, receivables, payroll setup, and how current everything is.
  4. You get a one-page books health check: what is working, the three biggest fixes, and what it would take to get caught up.
  5. A 20 minute walkthrough of that page, ending with a straight recommendation. If the right answer is not me, I will say so.

No preparation required. It costs you about forty minutes, and you keep the health check either way.
